I've been stopping at this Taco Bell on my way home for years. It used to be a great Taco Bell location. In the last year, it's become horrible. A few months ago, I asked for a senior drink and was told they only had senior coffees, not sodas. Turns out that wasn't true, I discovered on a subsequent visit. This week, I ordered a tostada "with no sauce of any kind." Tanner, coincidentally the same employee who told me there was only senior coffee, rang it up with "add ranch sauce," which carried a 30 cent upcharge. When it came with the two sauces on it, I asked to have it remade "with no sauce of any kind." It came back with the ranch sauce. I then closely inspected my receipt and saw that the ranch sauce was indicated. I asked to have it remade again, and told the person who was making it it had been entered incorrectly. I asked for a refund. Tanner had an attitude as big as the state of Texas about it, smirked at me, grudgingly handed over my 30 cents (sans tax, I might add) and acted like it was unreasonable for me to even make the request. I will stay away from this Taco Bell in the future. There are lots of others around. No need to put yourself through this kind of stress when you are on a tight time schedule.

Taco Bell Is launching a New, Super-Spicy 'Reaper' Quesarito
Taco Bell relies on stuffing its latest stunt foods with a combination of meat and cheese to appeal to your nocturnal inner glutton. But now, it looks like the Doritos Locos fast food chain is betting on a decidedly different ingredient for an all-new menu item: super-spicy Carolina Reaper peppers, Thrillist has reported.
Taco Bell calls it the Reaper Ranch Quesarito, and just as its name suggests, the cheesy burrito is made with a sauce containing the red and gnarled pepper that was once considered the spiciest in the world. To be clear, Carolina Reapers are no joke. They can register as high as 2,200,000 on the Scoville Heat Unite (SHU) scale, which is about 200 times spicier than an jalapeno. In fact, only two other peppers on the planet claim to be hotter than the Reaper, though it doesn't seem like there's a definitive ruling on this.
A Taco Bell spokesperson said the Reaper Ranch Quesarito is currently being offered as part of a test offering at the chain's locations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin through mid-November. After that, there's a chance it could start hitting menus elsewhere, depending on how well it's received. With that said, don't mess this up for everyone, cheeseheads.
