I saw a video on YouTube that highly recommended this spot when you're in Vegas. So we made it a point to check it out. Service was good, fast and polite. Location looked clean and spacious. The food was good, not great, but good. We ordered Asada Fries and a Al Pastor Torta. At first glance we thought "Wow that's a lot of good". Once you get to demolishing the food, you realize it's not as much as you initially thought.

Asada Fries: Tasty, everything taste fresh. Fries were crispy and well seasoned. Unfortunately the amount of fries you get isn't really that much. As well as the amount of of asada on them. The meat is cut very thinly and gets lost with all the other toppings. I really like the fact that they use nacho cheese sauce, I prefer that over shredded cheese any day. Unfortunately I found the cheese sauce to be a bit too thin/diluted/ watered down (just being honest). Typical cheese sauce is much thicker/cheesier. $10 +Tax

Al Pastor Torta: Once again, every taste fresh and had good flavor. My critique is on the amount of Al Pastor that was in the Torta. It's a BIG bolillo/bun, with a lot of fixings (lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced onions, jalapeños) but a thin layer of Al Pastor. Definitely expect more meat on a torta. $9 +Tax

All in all it was a good experience and i wouldn't be against eating here again and trying the rest of the menu.

I don't usually have an issue with this Del Taco, but lately our orders have been super screwed up. Tonight I ordered carne asada fries with no secret sauce and they forgot the guacamole. Also ordered deluxe chili cheese fries with no tomato and received fries with what looked like the secret sauce, no chili and just the taco meat and cheese...with tomato. Hopefully it was just a rough night‍

I was in the Arden area looking for a quick meal I can grab and go, so I decided to stop by Del Taco. I actually really like Del Taco. The only item I've gotten here is their Carne Asada Fries (~$5), so that's exactly what I got.

The Carne Asada Fries includes their crinkle-cut fries topped with carne asada steak, tomatoes, cheese, guacamole, and their secret sauce. I felt that the portion of the carne asada was smaller than the previous times I've gotten this and it didn't taste quite as fresh.

Overall, it did curb my hunger for a few hours and tasted fine, but the quality, presentation, and amount of food given could have been a lot better.
